SHIPPING & DELIVERY RULES

1. All shipping & delivery charges are subject to change.
2. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
3. Kindly ensure that your shipping/delivery address is correct to avoid unnecessary delays. 
4. Redelivery of returned orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address will incur an additional shipping/delivery charges (at the customer’s expense).

SHIPPING WITHIN SINGAPORE

Standard flat rate postage within Singapore costs $3.80.

Please allow 2 days for order processing. All orders are shipped via Smartpac service.
Upon shipment confirmation, package will arrive at your doorstep/letterbox within 1-2 working days. 
Kindly expect some delays during heavy period.

DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

Standard flat rate delivery within Singapore costs $8.53

Please allow 2 days for order processing. All orders are delivered via Uparcel service and once the shipment confirmation has been sent, package will arrive at your doorstep in 1 to 3 business days.

Kindly expect some delays during heavy period.

PREORDER ITEMS

If your item is on pre-order, please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks for the package to be shipped and delivered to you.
